Also, when you contact us, one our agents will send a boarding pass that you will show at check in. Pregnancy Boarding Restriction: The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse boarding to any passenger who is pregnant, regardless of the stage of pregnancy, due to the inherent risks associated with maritime activities and vessel navigation. This policy is established strictly for safety and preventative purposes. By purchasing a ticket and/or attempting to board, the passenger acknowledges and agrees to comply with this restriction. The Company shall not be held liable for any claims, damages, or expenses arising from a passenger’s failure to comply with this policy.
