Redemption Instructions

Ticket redemption is required. Please keep your booking confirmation ready on your phone. Our staff/tour guide will assist with check-in at Bali Hai Pier, Pattaya before boarding the speedboat. Driver details and pickup time will be shared in advance via WhatsApp or email. This tour includes private hotel pickup and drop-off from Bangkok, and the tour guide will join from Bali Hai Pier onwards. Please be ready at your hotel lobby 10–15 minutes before the confirmed pickup time. In case of late arrival or no-show, the booking will be treated as used and no refund will be provided. Optional water activities at the parasailing platform are available to purchase on-site and are not included in the ticket price.

Pickup Information

After booking: Please contact us on WhatsApp to confirm/update your local contact number for pickup coordination. Pickup is provided from your hotel in Bangkok. Please be ready at the hotel lobby/main entrance at the confirmed pickup time and arrive 10–15 minutes early. Driver details and the final pickup time will be shared in advance via WhatsApp or email. Pickup and drop-off will be provided to and from the same hotel. If your hotel is located outside the standard pickup area, an extra surcharge may apply and will be informed to you via WhatsApp/email. Any applicable surcharge must be paid directly to the driver. Only hand bags are allowed to carry during the trip. No storage facilities are available. In case of no-show or late arrival, the service will be treated as used and no refund will be provided.
