Redemption Instructions

The customer has to reach out to the supplier to confirm the exact pick up time, it depends on the location of the hotel. Important: The visit to the cenotes is subject to availability. Depending on the conditions of the day, only one of the following cenotes may be visited: Nool Há or Chichikán. Please note that, according to what is included in your package, the visit includes access to only one cenote.
