For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

Redemption Instructions

We will contact you two days before to reconfirm everything with you and we will send you the information of your guide one day before.

Pickup Information

Pickup is available from Cancun, Playa del Carmen, Tulum & any place in the Riviera Maya. Pickups at Playa Mujeres or Costa Mujeres have an additional charge of 50USD fee total that will be paid the day of the tour. We pick you up at the lobby of your hotel or Airbnb. During high season, we highly suggest to move the pickup time to 6:30 am to avoid traffic, crowds and the midday heat.
