Redemption Instructions

The customer has to reach out to the supplier to confirm the exact pick up time, it depends on the location of the hotel (phone number is listed on your voucher or ticket). Dear visitor, Please note that backpacks are not allowed inside the Chichén Itzá archaeological site. This measure applies to all types of backpacks without exception and is intended to enhance safety, improve the visitor experience, and support site conservation. We recommend bringing only essential personal items and using small bags or permitted alternatives. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Preservation tax will be required at check in or when you board (22 usd per adult and 19 usd per child)

Pickup Information

Meeting points for travelers that are in downtown hotels and airbnb's or any location that we can't reach: Cancun Meeting Point: in front of the lobby at Smart Cancún by Oasis in Tulum Avenue Playa del Carmen: Coco Bongo Playa del Carmen and Souvenirs Playa Tulum: Super Aki Tulum (in Tulum area we do not provide pickups at hotels or airbnb´s, only at Super Aki Tulum) The pickup time is set according to your location, pick up start at 07:00 am and depending on the location the pickup time will be set, the travelers that doesn't provide pick up location will need to get in contact with us as soon as possible, otherwise we will be not be able to provide the service. This tour can last more than 12 hours due to traffic and pick-up logistics, since it is a shared tour of around 50 people and depending on your location, the time can be extended. The taxes for ruins preservation will be required on board.
