Please call the tunnel location ahead of your scheduled time to confirm the reservation. Your experience will begin promptly upon your arrival so please plan to arrive 20 minutes early for your reservation so you have time to check-in. Please wear well-fitting, lace-up sneakers or running shoes. Other shoes are not suitable. Wear casual clothes, preferably pants and a shirt with no collar. You won’t have to change out of these clothes - you put your flight suit on over your street clothes. • If you have previous neck, back, heart, injuries or shoulder dislocations, are pregnant or wearing a hard cast - you will not be able to fly • Weight limit is 300lbs (136kg/21.4st) • No refunds can be given if you are unable to participate on the day due to these safety restrictions • Valid for ages 3 and up • Participants under 18 years must have parent or legal guardian present to sign Release of Liability • No Cash Value • Not valid with any other discounts or offers
