Redemption Instructions

The customer has to reach out to the supplier to confirm the exact pick up time, it depends on the location of the hotel (phone number is listed on your voucher or ticket), for Tulum area we do not provide pickups at Hotels or Airbnb´s, only at Super Aki Tulum . Dear visitor, Please note that backpacks are not allowed inside the Chichén Itzá archaeological site. Meeting points for travelers that are in downtown hotels and Airbnb’s or any location that we can't reach: Cancun Meeting Point: in front the lobby of Smart Cancún by Oasis in Tulum Avenue The pickup time is set according to your location, pickups start at 06:00 am, the travelers that doesn't provide pick up location will need to get in contact with us as soon as possible, otherwise we will be not be able to provide the service The taxes for ruins preservation will be required on board.
