Cancellation Policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
Meeting and Pickup
Camp Drop-Off & Pick-Up Camp is based at Bobby's Bike Hike Headquarters, 540 N Lake Shore Dr (entrance on Ohio St). Drop-off: 8:45–9am. Pick-up: 1:15–1:30pm(half day) or 4:15–4:30pm(full day). Park on Ohio St with flashers. Late fees apply after designated times. Close walk to most downtown hotels.
Redemption Instructions
**Things to Pack EACH Day** - Backpack with straps (must be able to be hands free with bag) with the following items: - Pack a lunch in an insulated container with an ice pack (no access to a fridge) - Add a snack (this will be given out at around 10:30am. A granola bar would be perfect) - Bring a bike helmet (if your child has one they prefer. We do provide helmets for use as well) - Bring Water bottle with Child Name clearly labeled on it - Beach Towel - Swimsuit (Please show up to camp with swimsuit underneath clothes) - Change of clothes - Hat Please label all items brought along to camp **Clothes** - Dress for weather conditions. Layers might be a good idea if weather conditions are unpredictable that day. - Wear closed toed athletic shoes and socks. - Wear bathing suit under day's clothes **Things to Prepare each Day** - Put Sunscreen on your child each day - Come to camp with swimsuit under regular clothes - We strongly encourage campers to label any items that they may bring to camp (i.e. sunglasses, hats, sweatshirts, lunch boxes, etc.) with a permanent marker. **Valuables** We ask that Bobby's Bike Hike Youth Campers do NOT bring any valuables to camp, this includes gaming devices, cell phones and IPads. Each camp day is filled with fun and we always have backup plans in the event of inclement weather, so it is not necessary to bring entertainment devices. **Caregiver Release** We ask that you provide us with an approved list of people to whom we have permission to release your camper during the PM pickup time on the form linked above. If you need to add a person to this list, you may do so at any time. The list will be on file and no camper will be released to a caregiver, other than a parent, without an identification check by the Bobby's Bike Hike staff. Please inform all caregivers that an ID must be shown in order to release your camper to them for the first time.
