Paradise Experience: Includes kukui nut lei greeting; seating in Paradise section (directly behind Royal); second section to Hawaiian luau buffet.
Pick up time will vary: Luau begins at 5:30pm, with pickups prior. We will contact you prior to departure your dedicated departure time

Cancellation Policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
Redemption Instructions
We are located in Oahu, please ensure you check you can travel to the Luau from your accommodation, we do not offer refunds for travelers who cancel on the day due to being located on another island in Hawaii. For your hotel return transfers, please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the below departure times for your selected location, please look our for a GREEN “Roberts” motor coach: 3:55 pm Piers 2 & 10 3:55 pm Ala Moana Hotel, outside on Mahukona Street 4:00 pm Prince Waikiki, harbor side, outside of valet area 4:10 pm Ka La'i Waikiki Beach, Saratoga Avenue, outside by the valet area (the old Trump Hotel) 4:15 pm Romer Waikiki at the Ambassador, outside on Namahana Street (the old Ambassador Hotel) 4:20 pm Ross Dress for Less, 333 Seaside Avenue (Hyatt Centric Waikiki Beach would be your pick up location) 4:30 pm Hyatt Regency, backside of the hotel along Koa Avenue, under the green awning. 4:40 pm Waikiki Beach Marriott, on Paoakalani Avenue, tour lobby. 5:15 pm check in opens 5:30 PM - Luau begins PLEASE NOTE: if you selected a hotel at checkout you are unable to amend this, we only collect from locations with guaranteed guests so will not visit all of the above locations in the evening. If you are unsure and would like to confirm your pick up time and location please call us on 808-664-0448 **If you are travelling with another group and would like to be seated together please contact us after booking with their names and/or their booking confirmation number
