For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
Meeting and Pickup
We are located at 300 E Monroe Street. This is on the corner of Columbus Drive and Monroe. We are located down a staircase. Walk down the stairs. If you are walking towards the lake we are on the left-hand side of the street.
Redemption Instructions
Arrive 15 minutes prior to the tour start time. If you are not present 15 minutes early you risk missing your tour and you will not receive a refund. Guests should complete waiver before arrival. Masks are required when we are teaching guests how to ride a segway and when they enter the office. • Due to the nature of this tour and the safety of all guests, the tour operator reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who are intoxicated or show signs of intoxication. If, as a result, your tour is canceled, you will not be entitled to a refund. • Late arrivals will not be admitted will not be entitled to a refund. • Not recommended for pregnant women • Operates in all weather conditions, please dress appropriately • Dress code is for an outdoor activity. Please wear close toed shoes and layers depending on the season. Ponchos will be provided if it rains.
