Redemption Instructions

Please show up at the hotel lobby or meeting point 10 minutes before pick-up time. The exact time and meeting point will be reconfirmed 24 hours prior to the date of service. The driver will arrive at the hotel lobby asking for the name of the leader in the reservation and wait for a maximum of 10 minutes. In case of not contacting guests, a "NO SHOW" note will be left and availability should be checked to reschedule in later days. In case you do not arrive at the meeting point on time and return time indicated, the return to your hotel must be at your own expense. However, don’t forget to contact us on the emergency phone number inside your voucher, we will do our best to try to get you a return transport.
