Redemption Instructions

Please present your booking confirmation (either printed or on your mobile device) to the tour representative upon pickup at your hotel or directly at the cruise boat entrance. A valid photo ID may be required to match the reservation. If your booking includes hotel pickup, kindly wait in the hotel lobby 10 minutes before the scheduled time. Your guide or driver will assist you with boarding the boat and redeeming your ticket.
