Redemption Instructions

Please note: If you are staying at the hotel Mayan Palace & Grand Mayan Acapulco, due to the hotels regulations, tour operators are not able to pick up and drop-off guess at the lobby of the hotel. Please go to the Main Gate of the Grand Mayan Acapulco which is approx. 100 meters away from the lobby of the hotels. Same meeting point for both hotels. Your driver will be waiting for you here.

Pickup Information

We offer transportation service most of the hotels located at the Diamond, Golden and Traditional zone in Acapulco, Please wait to your guide at the main lobby of your hotel. In the case of guesthouses in Mayan Palace or Vidanta hotels you must wait to your guide in the number five door, outside the hotel on the costera las palmas avenue.
