Pickup Information

Travel from/to Chiang Mai Airport Transfer ride and your hotel. - Kindly leave remarks on the luggage number (Checked bag, Carry on) - If you are travelling with Wheelchair, please let us know in advance - No refund will be issued if you choose to travel by taxi - Free cancellation 24 Hrs prior to appointment time - Free waiting for flight delay within 60 minutes - Please update us with your flight information at least 24 hours before arrival, in case of miss out on the information - no refund will be made in this case. - Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excess luggage (surfboards, golf clubs, bikes etc.) may be subject to certain restrictions. Please inquire with us prior to your travel date - If you will not arrive at your destination as per the original booking, please contact the emergency number immediately - For Airport arrivals, a charge of 50 Thai Baht will apply for every 15 minutes of waiting time exceeding 60 minutes - For Departures from your accommodation, a charge of 50 Thai Baht will apply for every 15 minutes of waiting time exceeding 15 minutes - Meeting point for International Flight (Exit no.9-10 inside the building) - Meeting point for Domestic Flight (Infront of Black Canyon or the seat near exit gate no.2)
