MEETING & PICKUP INSTRUCTIONS Your meeting point is just outside the main exit of the Costa Maya cruise port compound. Walk through the port shopping area and leave through the main exit. Once outside, look for your taxi driver, Gabriel or Ruth, near a welcome board displaying your name. Confirm your reservation name with them before boarding your taxi to the beach club. Allow approximately 15 minutes to walk from your ship’s gangway to the meeting point. PICKUP TIME Your pickup is scheduled one hour after your cruise ship arrives at Costa Maya Port, but no earlier than 9:00 AM ship time. Please allow enough time to walk to the meeting point and be ready for pickup. CRUISE INFORMATION Please provide your cruise ship’s name and arrival time at the time of booking. If you have not provided this information, contact us as soon as possible. If you have not received your meeting instructions 24 hours before your tour, please contact us. Late arrivals and no-shows are non-refundable.
