Pickup Information

Your driver will meet you just outside the main entrance of the Costa Maya cruise port. Look for Gabriel or Ruth holding a banner with your name. Pick-up is scheduled 1 hour after your cruise ship docks, with the earliest pick-up at 9:00 AM Ship Time. Please arrive at the designated meeting point 10 minutes before your scheduled pick-up time.
