Meeting and Pickup
Our meeting location is Plaza Santa Catalina just past the Monastery Santa Catalina entrance. You will see your guide on the left by the fountain(puma statue) waiting. Please arrive a few minutes early to sign waiver etc.
Redemption Instructions
No refunds are given for no-shows or cancellations. Upon payment, all tickets are non-refundable and can only be rescheduled with two weeks advanced notice. • We recommend being in Cusco at least 12 -24 hours prior to tour to acclimatize to altitude etc.. • Please advise any allergies or dietary restrictions. We will try our best to accommodate but can not be guaranteed • Comfortable walking shoes are recommended • Due to the nature of this tour and the safety of all guests, the tour operator reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who are intoxicated or show signs of intoxication. If, as a result, your tour is canceled, you will not be entitled to a refund.
