Redemption Instructions

You will need to redeem your boarding tickets at the moment of the check-in the day of the departure once you reach the port (in Portici or in Torre del Greco) after the pick up service. You will also meet the tour leader at the port, who will assist you during your day.

The pick up service time depends on the meeting point selected at the moment of the reservation, so you will be contacted by mail in order to be informed regarding the time you should show up at the established meeting point In case of not specified accommodation details, the pick-up will be in Naples at 7.40 am at the entrance of the Star Hotel Terminus.
