For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

• 100% refund if cancelled 1+ days before the start date
• 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date

Redemption Instructions

The scheduled starting time of the workshop is 11:00 am (Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday) or 11:30 am (Monday and Thursday) according to your booking. Please try to be at the studio 5-10 minutes before starting time. Your ceramics will be ready out from the kiln 72 hours (3 days) after the workshop.
