Redemption Instructions

Your entry voucher will be shared separately via email and WhatsApp after booking confirmation. Please present this voucher at the Carnival Magic ticket counter to redeem your admission. If your package includes shared hotel transfers, pickup details including vehicle and timing will be communicated via email/WhatsApp prior to pickup. Please ensure you're ready at your hotel lobby at the specified time.

Pickup Information

Pickup time and vehicle details will be shared via email/WhatsApp prior to your experience. Shared hotel transfers are available within Phuket area only. Please be ready in your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time. Pickup time varies by hotel location, with general pickup between 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM. For same-day bookings with transfers, please book before 2:30 PM to ensure timely and confirmed pickup. Guests who do not select the transfer option can arrive directly at Carnival Magic.
