Beach Break No Transfer : Please arrive at Nohoch Kay Beach Club at your leisure. The beach club is located in the heart of Mahahual’s boardwalk. Beach Break No Transfer : Transportation is not included; feel free to arrive at the beach club at your convenience.

Redemption Instructions

MEETING & PICKUP INSTRUCTIONS Your meeting point is just outside the main exit of the Costa Maya cruise port compound. Walk through the port shopping area and leave through the main exit. Once outside, look for your taxi driver, Gabriel or Ruth, near a welcome board displaying your name. Confirm your reservation name with them before boarding your taxi to Nohoch Kay Beach Club. Allow approximately 15 minutes to walk from your ship’s gangway to the meeting point. PICKUP TIME Your pickup is scheduled one hour after your cruise ship arrives at Costa Maya Port, but no earlier than 9:00 AM ship time. Please make your way to the meeting point with enough time to be ready for pickup. CRUISE INFORMATION Please provide your cruise ship’s name and arrival time at the time of booking. If you have not provided this information, contact us as soon as possible. NEED ASSISTANCE? If you have not received your meeting instructions 24 hours before your tour, please contact us. If you cannot locate Gabriel or Ruth on the day of your tour, contact us immediately for assistance. IMPORTANT Late arrivals and no-shows are non-refundable. If your cruise ship does not call at Costa Maya Port, you will receive a full refund.
