Pickup Information

After we receive your booking & docking information at Chan May Port or Tien Sa Port, we will quickly send you a message with instructions on where to meet our guide and driver. Our tour guide, holding a sign with your name, will be waiting at the nearest possible pickup point. Please note that pickup and drop-off rules may change depending on the cruise line and its Vietnamese partner. However, we cover all pickup, drop-off, and port fees to ensure a smooth, hassle-free experience. Unlike other companies, you won't have to pay any additional charges or any hidden fees. Occasionally, there may be challenges with the pickup process due to factors beyond our control, such as monopoly policy from your cruise ship's partners. However, rest assured that we will always find the best solution to ensure a smooth pickup and drop-off experience. Thank you for your understanding!
