Pickup Information

We will remain in contact with you throughout your transfer process. Please note that pick-up times may vary by approximately ±15 minutes due to weather or traffic conditions. Guests will be allowed to board the vehicle after completing a brief identification check. Our drivers will meet you at your hotel’s main lobby, holding a name signboard and a checklist for verification. If your accommodation is not listed or if you're staying at a specific/private location, kindly inform us in advance — we’ll arrange your pick-up accordingly.
