Meeting and Pickup

Redemption Instructions

No printed ticket is required. Travelers may present their mobile voucher or booking confirmation at the meeting point. Please arrive at the designated meeting location as soon as possible after disembarking. Our representative will be waiting with a sign displaying the tour name. We understand that disembarkation and shuttle boats may sometimes cause delays. For this reason, we offer a grace period of up to 30 minutes from the scheduled meeting time whenever possible. If you anticipate a delay, please contact us as soon as possible using the phone number provided on your booking confirmation. This tour is designed for cruise passengers and includes a timely return to Costa Maya Port.

Pickup Information

Guests will be picked up at the Costa Maya Cruise Port. After disembarking, please proceed to the designated meeting point indicated in your booking confirmation. the representative will be waiting with a sign displaying the tour name. Please arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. Comfortable clothing, swimwear, a towel, sunscreen, sunglasses, and cash for personal expenses are recommended. For cruise passengers, this tour is scheduled according to ship arrival and departure times to ensure a timely return to the port.
