They are utilizing their resources around the time you requested at booking. THEY CAN NOT HOLD THE BOAT FOR YOU IF YOUR UBER, PLANE OR CRUISE SHIP TENDER IS LATE AND THEY CAN NOT ISSUE A REFUND IF THEY DO NOT HAVE TIME TO RESELL THE TICKETS. They will charge you a $15 per person rebook fee if you miss your check in time. If you are worried about being late please cancel in the time agreed for a full refund.
