They are utilizing their resources around the time you requested at booking. THEY CAN NOT HOLD THE BOAT FOR YOU IF YOUR UBER, PLANE OR CRUISE SHIP TENDER IS LATE AND THEY CAN NOT ISSUE A REFUND IF THEY DO NOT HAVE TIME TO RESELL THE TICKETS.
