•Make sure the names provided match the IDs or passports of all participants (including children) — entry to the Colosseum will be denied if they don’t. Everyone must bring valid ID to be allowed in. •If Colosseum staff deny entry due to incorrect names, we are not responsible and no refund will be issued. •This voucher is not your entry ticket, it only confirms your booking.You cannot access the Colosseum with this voucher alone. It should be exchanged for tickets at the meeting point. • Please arrive at the meeting point in front of the Basilica dei Santi Cosma e Damiano at least 15 minutes before the start time to check in. Your host will be standing next to a white flag with the company logo. • Please note that due to uneven surfaces, this tour is not suitable for any persons with disabilities. • For minors, the age must be 17 or younger on the day of the activity. • The entrance tickets to the Colosseum cannot be changed or refunded. • Each traveler must show a valid ID matching the booking name for entry. Without ID, entry is not guaranteed. • Meeting time is subject to change. If it does, you’ll be contacted via phone or message.Please provide a correct phone number with country code and check your WhatsApp and email regularly. • By booking, you agree to our Terms & Conditions, including no refunds for late arrivals or no-shows. • Comfortable walking shoes are recommended. • A moderate amount of walking is involved (not suitable for those with limited mobility). • The Ancient Rome tour involves Steps and a lot of walking on un-even path especially in the Roman Forum . We highly suggest flat confortable shoes. This tour is not suitable for any person with recent surgeries, with disabilities and for people in wheelchairs due to the street level , up street level and steps. • Operates in all weather conditions; please dress appropriately. Refund will not be offered for adverse weather conditions. •This activity has a maximum of 24 participants.
