Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

• 100% refund if cancelled 1+ days before the start date
• 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date

Redemption Instructions

- Opening hours on Weekdays (excl. PHs & 26 Dec): 11:00 to 21:00. First flight time at 12:00 / Last flight time at 20:30. - Opening hours on Weekends (incl. PHs & 26 Dec): 10:00 to 21:00. First flight time at 11:00 / Last flight time at 20:30. - Voucher is valid for all timings. - Check-in time is 1 hour prior to the flight session timing. - Advance reservation request is required at least 1 working day in advance. Send an email to info@sg.altitudex.com, attaching the valid voucher, stating the preferred flight date & time and flyer's full name and date of birth. - Your advance reservation request will be confirmed by AltitudeX team (subject to flight availability). - No rescheduling on the day of flight. Any rescheduling required before the day of flight shall have a charge of S$30.00 per flyer. - Upon arrival at the redemption location, please present your confirmation email by AltitudeX team for your activity. - AltitudeX reserves the right to refuse anyone who appears to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol. - There shall be NO REFUND for any flight cancellation or No Show. No Show is defined as being late for check-in or not showing up for flight. - You should wear a t-shirt, shorts or pants, and closed-toe shoes that lace up. Socks are available to purchase, and shoes are available to rent for a nominal fee. You should not wear a skirt, a dress, or jewellery.
