Standard comfort Sedan: You'll be transported on a comfort sedan e.g Toyota Corolla Quest. Maximum units is 4. Round-trip : Standard Transfer: Book an arrival transfer from the airport to your hotel as well as departure transfer from your hotel to the airport. On making the booking just state your arrival and departure flight details. Pickup included

Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

• 100% refund if cancelled 1+ days before the start date
• 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date

Redemption Instructions

• No need to present booking ticket upon collection. • Driver details will be supplied within 48hrs of trip date.  • Maximum 4 suitcases/large bags. Extra bag/unit of luggage charged accordingly. • In case of Emergency or when you cannot see your driver upon arrival at the airport, please contact: WhatsApp the Reservation Office on +27 78 396 4115 or email: customercare@sandtontaxicabs.co.za  • Waiting Surcharge- R200/hour. • The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions. • Bookings shall not be cancelled without attempting to contact the Operator and waiting for a maximum period of 30 minutes to allow the Reservation Office to assist in locating the driver. • Driver 'no shows', though rare, will be refunded in full.

Pickup Information

Transfer offers an optional Airport Meet-and-Greet Service for your peace of mind. If you take it, after collecting your baggage, you'll find the driver by the Arrivals Foyer holding a branded board bearing the Lead Traveler's name. If you fail to see him, go wait next to the big statue by the arrivals hall and he'll move around with the board till you spot him. OR Tambo Airport provides free WiFi to help travelers communicate upon their landing. In case of emergency where you can't find your driver, immediately call or WhatsApp office number +27 78 396 4115.
