Redemption Instructions

• If you have not already specified, you MUST advise supplier as soon as possible your Ship name, docking time, disembarkation time and departure time so that appropriate arrangements can be made • Departure Info: Right in front of Gangway, look for a representative of Greenway Tours holding a board with your party’s name. The bus will be inside the pier, close to the ship. All Greenway Tours buses have their logo in front and guides wear uniforms. • Please note that in Costa Rica there is some confusion about ship time versus local time. Please check with the reception to clarify whether your ship changes its time to local time so you don’t miss your excursion. As each ship is ruled by its captain, it is your responsibility to confirm this while you are sailing. • PLEASE DO NOT WALK TO THE PIER’S ENTRANCE. If you leave the ship earlier than the indicated pick up time, follow the meeting instructions and our tour guide will meet you there. We only pick up passengers inside the pier. Pickup Information

Please walk to the main exit of the pier. On the way to the main public street. Once in there you will see our guides holding a sign with your name. Tour Meeting Time: 8:00 AM or 30 Minutes After Ship Arrival. We operate all our tours accordingly with ship arrival. We know sometimes the ships run late. For this reason, we have our pickup 30 minutes after the ship arrival with first departure at 8:00 AM
