Itinerary

1. The guide and driver will pick up visitors at hotels 1 by 1 from 7 to 8, transfer to the Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding for about 30 to 45 minutes. Visit the panda park for 2.5 to 3 hours by seeing over the pandas from tiny pink newborns to giants. Admire the adorable panda babies running around their play enclosures, laying in the pool, or climbing the trees.

Duration: 180 mins

2. Afterwards, drive to the historic Leshan Buddha by a ride of 2.5 hours on the expressway. After a quick lunch, sightseeing of the world's largest sitting Buddha statue which is about 71 meters high crafted out of a cliff face. If the situation allows, the guide will take you for a closer look at the Buddha's head and feet. Find out more about Buddism and local beliefs in the Lingyun Temple next to the Giant Buddha. After 2 hours visiting at Leshan Buddha, drive back to Chengdu, end the tour at the city center of Tianfu Square.
