Overview

You will discover the true Italian cuisine as it has been handed down, both that of my region and other Italian regions. You will learn how to use the right ingredients, appreciate their absolute quality, and also use special tools. A vegetarian menu is also available on request. I will explain in detail how to prepare the recipes of the menu, and I will deliver a printed version, so with the technique you have acquired you can replicate the dishes of Italian cuisine at home. You'll have fun learning how to prepare dishes and getting your hands dirty, and eventually we'll enjoy everything at the table, where you'll be sitting with me and my family.
