Redemption Instructions

**Airport Pickup:** Upon arrival, please collect your baggage and head to the Arrivals Hall. Your driver waits outside of the terminal in the Ground Transportation pick-up area holding a sign displaying an orange Cancun Travel Experience logo. Please present your confirmation or photo ID upon pickup. Your transportation will be ready at exactly 30 minutes after your flight landing time before your service hours start to run. Arrivals: If by any chance, you encounter any issues locating your driver please go to any of the following meeting points: - Terminal 2 (Domestic arrivals) at Welcome Bar - Terminal 2 (International arrivals) at Welcome Bar - Terminal 3 at Margaritaville Bar - Terminal 4 at Welcome Bar **Hotel Pickup:** Your exact pickup time will be coordinated with the local operator, your driver will meet you at the lobby of your hotel. Please present your confirmation or photo ID upon pickup. Please be ready and waiting a few minutes before the confirmed pickup time. IMPORTANT INFORMATION Please note the coverage area comprehends Cancun Downtown, Cancun Hotel Zone, Puerto Juárez, Playa Mujeres, Costa Mujeres and Puerto Morelos only. The duration of your service will start once the first passenger boards the vehicle. The return to your hotel or original pickup location must be considered within the duration of your service.
