We will contact you through the platform and your phone number to confirm all rental details, including the date and time, to ensure everything is accurate and ready for your adventure. - Puerta Maya Cruise Terminal Meeting Point: The meeting point is at the Hard Rock Cafe in the Royal Village Shopping Center. After exiting the pier terminal, reach the outside sidewalk on Melgar Avenue and turn left. Walk about 100 yards past the traffic lights until you see the pedestrian yellow crossing stripes at the Royal Village Shopping Center. Cross the street — the Hard Rock Cafe is just a few feet from the crossing zone. Our guide will be there holding a sign with your name on it. - Punta Langosta Cruise Terminal Meeting Point: The meeting point is at the white lighthouse (beside Starbucks) Exit the pier and cross the street using the bridge (you’ll spot the lighthouse and your guide from there). Enter the mall and take the stairs at the end of the hall to the ground floor. Walk toward the lighthouse where your guide will be waiting with a sign with your name on it. - SSA International Cruise Terminal Meeting Point: The meeting point is at the Hard Rock Cafe in the Royal Village Shopping Center. Exit the pier and reach the outside gate. Cross the street using the pedestrian yellow crossing stripes to the Royal Village Shopping Center. Our guide will be a few feet from the crossing zone holding a sign with your name on it. You’ll walk about 150 ft with the guide to the parking lot where the Jeep will be ready. To get there, go through the pier terminal to reach the pier's outside sidewalk on Melgar Avenue and turn left. Without leaving the pier's sidewalk, walk 100 yards past the traffic lights until you see the pedestrian yellow stripes crossing zone by the Royal Village Shopping Center, which you will easily recognize. Get across the street. The Hard Rock Cafe is a few feet from the end of the pedestrian yellow stripes on the other side of the street. Our guide will be waiting with your name on a sign. - SSA International Cruise Terminal: The meeting Point is the Hard Rock Cafe located at the Royal Village Shopping Center. To get there, simply exit the pier, reach the outside gate and walk across the street by the pedestrian yellow stripes crossing zone, to the Royal Village Shopping Center. Your driver will be a few feet from the end of the pedestrian yellow stripes on the other side of the street with a sign with your name on it. - Punta Langosta Cruise Terminal: Is by the lighthouse (Beside Hooters and Starbucks) located at the Punta Langosta Shopping Center. To get there, simply exit the pier, walk across the street by the bridge to enter the mall. Look for the stairs that are at the end of the hall to go to the ground floor. Your guide/driver will be expecting you by the lighthouse wearing a blue hat and will have a sign with your name on it To help us organize your experience smoothly, please provide your cruise ship name and cruise line, your hotel name if you’re staying in Cozumel, or let us know if you’re coming from Playa del Carmen.
