There’s no need to worry about finding a meeting point—everything you need will be at your fingertips. INSTANT CONFIRMATION AND TICKET DELIVERY You will receive an instant confirmation upon booking. Please review the confirmation carefully to ensure that all visitor's names have been entered correctly. "Tickets will be delivered to you via email and WhatsApp (if available) no later than 72 hours before your visit. In most cases, you'll receive them after the free cancellation period ends, but in rare cases, delivery may take place up to 72 hours prior to your scheduled visit." ID REQUIREMENT Please note that tickets are nominative, and all customers must present a valid ID on the day of the visit to gain access. DATE & TIME CONFIRMATION The date and time of your visit cannot be modified within 10 days of the scheduled visit, and no refunds will be provided.
