Cancellation Policy

If you cancel at least 6 full day(s) before the scheduled departure time, you will receive a full refund.<br>If you cancel between 2 and 6 day(s) before the scheduled departure time, you will receive a 50% refund.<br>If you cancel within 2 day(s) of the scheduled departure, you will receive a 0% refund.

• Due to the nature of this tour and the safety of all guests, the tour operator reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who are intoxicated or show signs of intoxication. If, as a result, your tour is canceled, you will not be entitled to a refund. • All participants must disclose any allergies or other serious medical conditions.  These may affect availability of specific activities. • Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 2 carry-on bags. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable or book Your Last Day Tour. • The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions • All guests agree to the policies, terms and conditions, as well as liability waiver that can be found at https://haliatours.com/details/  • Groups over 10 people may inquire as to availability by phone. Pickup Information

Guests must confirm any applicable flight/cruise/hotel information. We can also service most licensed Vacation Rentals. However, certain neighborhoods do not allow commercial vehicles, in which case a close pickup/drop-off location will be arranged.
