Redemption Instructions
• Please email your choice of Picnic Box 24 Hours in advance otherwise will be given "Signature Box" Your rental is available at Unlimited Biking: 56 W 56th Street between 5th and 6th Avenue. You can pick up your rental and picnic at any time during our store hours: April - October: 8AM - 8PM November - March: 8AM - 5PM Waiver Required Before Arrival. Download the Unlimited Biking app and create an account. Tap Reservation Finder and enter your reservation number and reservation date to link it to your account. Enter your contact details, sign the waiver, and add a payment card. Completing the waiver qualifies you for Fast Track service, allowing priority check-in at the store. If you experience any issues, email sales@unlimitedbiking.com with a screenshot of the problem.
