Around 5:30 a.m. we take a short break in a restaurant. We arrive in Cairo around 8 a.m. and first take a small city tour of old Cairo so that you can get to know real life in Egypt better. Then we visit the Egyptian Museum, the treasury of 7000 years of civilization. The legacies of ancient Egyptian culture are preserved in the Egyptian Museum in Cairo, one of the most important museums in the world. They tell the story of an intelligent people. We then have lunch in a typical local restaurant and then drive to Giza, where we visit the Pyramids, the Sphinx and the Valley Temple. The pyramids are certainly the most spectacular evidence of a high culture on the Nile.
