Redemption Instructions

There must be correspondence between names on the tickets and on IDs Your driver will wait with a sign with your name at the ship's dock at the default time. Timely droppoff back to the port is included. Ask for a different pickup/dropoff time/locations Kindly share a mobile number, possibly with WhatsApp Inclusions (random): Vatican Museums, Sistine Chapel, St. Peter's Basilica Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Navona Square, Spanish Steps Lunch - Cars and drivers might change at every transfer; remember to always bring your personal belongings. If, for any reason, you need the car at your disposal, contact us for further information. -Drivers might not speak English or your language. Your guide will! -Only small backpacks and foldable umbrellas are allowed -Cover shoulders and knees inside the Sistine and Churches, a scarf is OK -Pantheon visit from the outside; if lines are reasonable, you can buy entrance tickets (on the spot € 5,00 each) -Take photos for personal use everywhere, except in the Sistine Chapel and of the Swiss Guards -Guides cannot skip metal detectors - Basilica and Sistine might close without previous notice - Basilica: Your guide will explain all the features outside. You can take pictures (no flash) in a peaceful atmosphere while the guide waits outside for you The Vatican does not allow delays to entrance time slots. The guide will follow a schedule to take you to all the mentioned sites. Please ask in advance for customization.

Pickup Information

The driver will pick you up from the dock of your Ship with a sign with your name. Default pick-up time is 8:00 but is customizable. Kindly make sure of your embark and disembark time and write it in your booking form. Let us know if you have other special requirements.
