Pickup Information

Pickup is available from Cartagena hotels, Rafael Núñez International Airport, the cruise port or another confirmed address within the configured pickup area. Enter your exact pickup location and preferred departure time when booking. Before the journey, we will send your driver’s name, telephone number, vehicle type and license plate. Your driver will meet you at the hotel entrance, airport arrivals area, cruise-port meeting point or another confirmed location. If the entrance cannot be reached by vehicle, we will confirm the closest safe meeting point.
