Redemption Instructions

After booking, you will receive a confirmation voucher by email. No printed ticket is required. Please present your mobile voucher (or booking confirmation) to the guide at the time of pickup. Our team will contact you via WhatsApp or email one day before the tour to reconfirm your pickup time and location.
