For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

Meeting and Pickup

Redemption Instructions

Hotel pickups commence prior to your departure time. You MUST contact the local service provider to verify your exact pickup time. You will receive a text and/or email with your exact pickup time. Please contact Awesome Adventures directly to confirm all necessary information has been provided • Minimum age is 7 years, 18 years plus to operate any vehicles with a valid drivers license and credit card on file with the office for incidentals • Riders under 18 years must have a parent or guardian sign a consent waiver • All participants are required to sign a damage waiver. Damage to any RZR is a minimum charge of $600.00 for tire/rim and $3,500.00 if rolled on the side or tipped over, plus any additional damages We suggest you wear / bring the following (and you WILL get dirty!): • T-shirt or long sleeved shirt • Long pants or shorts • Hiking boots or tennis shoes (no sandals) • Coat or sweater (weather dependent) • Hat and sunglasses (Helmet provided) • Sunscreen • Backpack or waist pack 2-Seater Polaris UTV/RAZOR Note: If credit card holder does not want to be responsible for all participants each person must call in a credit card to Awesome Adventures 800-519-2243.

Pickup Information

Our office will reach out to you by email, text or phone to confirm location pick up and time. Our Tour Guides will be driving a White Chevy 15 passenger Van with Awesome Adventure logo on it. Resorts World Las Vegas, 3000 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89109, USA is also another pickup location
