If you cancel at least 3 full day(s) before the scheduled departure time, you will receive a full refund.<br>If you cancel between 1 and 3 day(s) before the scheduled departure time, you will receive a 50% refund.<br>If you cancel within 1 day(s) of the scheduled departure, you will receive a 0% refund.

• 100% refund if cancelled 3+ days before the start date
• 50% refund if cancelled 1–3 days before the start date
• 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date

Redemption Instructions

Please be aware this is only a confirmation voucher and not a ticket entrance! Showing this voucher at the entrance of the monument you won't be allowed to enter. Not sure how to reach us? Head to the terrace above the “Colosseo” Metro Station. Once at the top look for the footbridge, after the footbridge, walk up the road on your left-hand side. In any case, customers are required to arrive 30 minutes prior to the scheduled starting time. Late arrivals cannot be guaranteed entrance. Under those circumstances as per standard policy no refund will be issued. In order to best serve you we kindly remind you that: Comfortable shoes are recommended. ID may be required for entrance (especially for guests under the age of 18). Guests who show up without ID cannot be guaranteed entrance. It is forbidden to bring inside the Colosseum: glass, sharp objects, alcohol, spray, pets.
