Please ensure that the names given exactly match the IDs or passports of all participants (including children), or the Colosseum will deny entry — and don’t forget to bring valid ID for everyone, as it is required for entry. If the Colosseum tickets controllers deny the access due to the wrong name and last name we decline any responsibility and NO REFUND will be provided. This voucher is not your entry ticket — it's a booking confirmation only. It must be exchanged for tickets at the meeting point before entering the Colosseum. Please arrive at the meeting point in front of the Basilica dei Santi Cosma e Damiano at least 15 minutes before the start time to check in. Your host will be standing next to a white flag with the company logo. Due to uneven surfaces, this tour is not suitable for persons with disabilities. Tickets are non-refundable and non-changeable. Meeting time may change. If so, we’ll contact you by phone or message. Please provide the correct phone number with country code and check your WhatsApp and email regularly. All visitors must pass through metal detector security checks. Wear comfortable shoes and bring a refillable plastic water bottle, especially in hot weather! In summer, the tour may last about 2 hours due to heat. Normal-sized backpacks are allowed. Not permitted: large backpacks, pets, weapons, sharp objects, oversized luggage, smoking, alcohol, drugs, sprays, glassware, unaccompanied minors, electric wheelchairs.
