If Colosseum staff deny entry due to incorrect names, we are not responsible and no refund will be issued. This voucher is not your entry ticket, it only confirms your booking.You cannot access the Colosseum with this voucher alone. It should be exchanged for tickets at the meeting point. Please arrive at the meeting point in front of the Basilica dei Santi Cosma e Damiano at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time for check-in. If you selected the audio guide, download it in advance using Wi-Fi. It works offline once installed. Headphones are not provided, please bring your own. Kindly note that the app may not work on old phones. Bookings after 4:00 PM may not leave enough time to visit the Roman Forum and Palatine Hill. You may start earlier or return the next day to access the Forum. This tour is not suitable for individuals with mobility issues due to uneven surface. Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be changed. Each traveler must show a valid ID matching the name on the reservation. Entry is not guaranteed without proper ID. Meeting time is subject to change. If it does, you’ll be contacted via phone or message.Please provide a correct phone number with country code and check your WhatsApp and email regularly. All visitors must pass through metal detector security check. Wear comfortable shoes and bring a refillable plastic water bottle, especially in hot weather. During summer, the tour may last about 2 hours due to the heat. Normal-sized backpacks are allowed. Please make sure that the names provided EXACTLY MATCH THE NAMES on the passports or ID cards of all participants (children included), otherwise entry to the Colosseum will be denied. A valid ID is required for everyone to enter. Nicknames, missing names, or incorrect first or last names are not accepted by Colosseum guards.
