Meeting and Pickup
The meeting point is in the square in front of the Santi Cosma and Damiano Basilica, in Via dei Fori Imperiali 1 (halfway, near the Roman Forum entrance). Our staff will be wearing a blue Flag with our logos. Please arrive 15 minutes early—late arrivals cannot join the tour.
Redemption Instructions
This voucher is not your entry ticket – it’s only a booking confirmation. You cannot enter the Colosseum with this voucher alone. Please go to the meeting point at least 15 minutes before the starting time. Our staff will give you your official entrance tickets and assist you with the audio guide if needed. Each traveler must show a valid ID matching the booking name at entry. Without ID, entry is not guaranteed. Download the audio guide in advance, using Wi-Fi. It works offline afterward. Kindly note that it may not work on very old phones or devices not compatible with the app. Earphones are not provided – please bring your own, compatible with your phone. Meeting time is subject to change. If this happens, the activity provider will contact you by phone or message. Please make sure to provide the correct phone number with country code, and regularly check your WhatsApp and email for updates. If you booked after 2:00 PM, you may not have enough time to visit the Roman Forum and Palatine Hill. You can either arrive earlier or visit the Roman Forum the following day. If you arrive late, we cannot guarantee admission. No refunds will be provided under these circumstances. The Ancient Rome tour involves Steps and a lot of walking on un-even path especially in the Roman Forum . We highly suggest flat confortable shoes. This tour is not suitable for any person with recent surgeries, with disabilities and for people in wheelchairs due to the street level , up street level and steps.
