Pickup Information

We pick you up in the main lobby of your hotel. The driver will call your name and ask for official identification of the person in whose name the reservation is in order to board the transport. You can identify us by our uniform: coffee shorts and blue polo shirt. Be ready 5 minutes before pickup. At large resorts, wait in the designated tour pickup area.

Roundtrip transportation is provided from most Los Cabos hotels for our guests who book their tours at least 24 hours in advance.

The minimum age requirement for this tour is 5 years.

Maximum weight per person is 265 pounds (120 kilograms).

For security reasons, the use of cell phones, cameras and GoPro devices is not allowed during the camel ride.

Pregnant women and people with limited mobility should not participate
