Redemption Instructions

Arrival: • Cruise down our palm-lined driveway into the car park. • Stroll to the entrance, where our friendly staff will be ready to welcome you with a smile! Pre-Flight Briefing: • Watch a quick, flight briefing video or listen to our team cover all the safety essentials. • Leave hats, bags, scarves, loose items (like selfie sticks), and any religious headdress (unless securely pinned) behind – but don’t forget your camera or phone to capture the amazing views! Boarding the Helicopter: • Our awesome ground crew will guide you to the helicopter and arrange seating to ensure the best experience for you and your group. This is guided by our weight and balance of the aircraft. Do not promise a particular seat to any member traveling with you. • Children will always have their own seat, often in the back. • Snap a cool photo next to the helicopter before climbing aboard – we’ll use your camera or phone! Post-Flight Fun: • Chat with our crew about your flight experience! We love to hear and see our clients reactions! • Get tips on the best wineries and experiences to explore in the Barossa Valley. • Don’t forget to share the love with a review – we’d love to hear about your adventure!
