This trip is One Way offer from point A to point B in a 22kms or 10 miles perimeter distance from the SJO International Airport Juan Santamaría to your Downtown Hotel or Vice-versa only. Please, make sure to fill-out the required information regarding to your Arrival or Departure including your Pickup and Destination locations in Costa Rica. Information such as flight number, date, time and hotel name are the minimum required to operate your transportation services and avoid delays or cancelations. Besides of Viator Chat, our preferred communication tools with you will be WhatsApp Chat/Calls, regular Phone calls or Waze/Google Maps. Our driver or representative will be holding a sign with your name to find you out easily. Our meet and greet will be at the airport arrival passengers exit doors hall area, next to the big sculpture brown color, facing to the street's side. When departing, our meet and greet at your Hotel or Rented Property will be at the lobby, reception or parking lot of your accommodation. Our driver will be 15 mins before your trip start time. The day trip, we will monitor your flight number through regular APPs in order to be on time with your pickup. Any Children under 12 years old or less than 1.45cms height/36KG requires the use of baby car seats or booster seats, please, request it in advance before the traveling day at no cost for you. If a booster seat or baby car seat for children is needed but you didn't request it prior to your trip, we may be forced to delay or cancel the trip due to Costa Rican laws requiring the use of it. (Conditioned to availability) It's important to highlight that our services are not On-Demand or immediate response service type .Our transportation services type require preparation for the driver and the vehicle to guarantee the proper service needs for you and your party. Our van is 12 passengers capacity so, in some rides, the driver will be traveling with an assistant to support and provide value added to your private service trip at no cost for you. International flights departing always require to be at the Airport at least 2-3 hours before the flight departure time for check-in registration please, estimate your flight departure time plus the time of this trip to meet this requirement on time. We offer sanitizers to comply with health government regulations requirements. Finally, cancellations are free with full refund if made 24 hours before your trip or reschedule it.
