Redemption Instructions
This is a direct entry ticket. Travelers only need to show their booking confirmation (mobile or printed) to the guide upon pickup. No separate ticket is required.
Pickup Information
Pick-up time will be between 9:00 PM and 9:40 PM, depending on the weather and your hotel. We’ll text you the exact pick-up time around 5:00 PM on the day of the tour. When the guide arrives, they will verify your name or phone number. After picking you and other hotel guests up, the guide will take you to our Aurora Glass House. Pickup is available from most hotels in Fairbanks. If you’re staying outside the pickup zone, we’ll arrange a convenient meeting point.
