Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

• 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date

Redemption Instructions

Mobile vouchers accepted at stop 1. Paper vouchers accepted at all stops. With your voucher, enjoy flexible access for up to 12 months from the travel date you select at check-out. Times are subject to change due to local traffic conditions. Valid from the time of first use, for the duration selected. Your ticket can be used for unlimited travel on all Brighton & Hove Bus services until 4:30am the morning after it expires, including bus journeys to Seven Sisters on routes 12X or 13X or the Devils Dyke on route 77. Vouchers will need to be redeemed at any of the 12 tour stops before travelling on other services.
